Przypomnienia z gry (np.
6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO).
6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO): sprawne działanie funkcji, którą sami włączacie.
Płatności
Zakupy obsługują App Store (Apple) i Google Play (Google) według ich własnych zasad prywatności. Nie widzimy numeru Twojej karty ani danych płatniczych — od sklepu dostajemy jedynie potwierdzenie subskrypcji.
Licznik rozgrywek
Odbiorcy danych to Apple i Google — w zakresie logowania, płatności i doręczania powiadomień — oraz Microsoft, wyłącznie w zakresie syntezy głosu prowadzącego.
Logi techniczne
Serwer zapisuje standardowe logi (adres IP, czas żądania) potrzebne do bezpieczeństwa i diagnozowania awarii; są automatycznie nadpisywane po krótkim czasie. Podstawą jest nasz uzasadniony interes (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO).
Jak długo i jakie masz prawa
Dane konta trzymamy, dopóki konto istnieje. Konto usuniesz jednym przyciskiem w profilu aplikacji — kasujemy wtedy wszystko, łącznie z uprawnieniami, a logowanie Apple zostaje odwołane. Masz prawo dostępu do danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przenoszenia oraz skargi do Prezesa UODO. Wystarczy e-mail na adres powyżej.
Outgo Privacy Policy
Effective 12 August 2026. Applies to outgo.games and the Outgo apps for iOS and Android.
Who is responsible
The data controller is the creator of Outgo. For anything related to your data, contact biuro@qb.com.pl.
Playing without an account
You don't need an account to play. Nicknames, drawings and game state live only in the server's memory for the duration of a match — an empty room disappears with them within minutes, and none of it is ever stored.
Account (optional)
An account is only needed to host private tables. You sign in with Apple, with Google, or with a code sent to your e-mail; we then store: the identifier assigned by the sign-in provider (for e-mail sign-in it is the address itself), your e-mail address, display name, chosen avatar, the dates of evenings you hosted, and — with an Outgo Premium subscription — the store transaction identifier and the access expiry date. For e-mail sign-in the one-time code is stored only as a hash and invalidated within 15 minutes. The legal basis is performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Notifications
Notifications are off until you turn them on in your profile, and you can turn them off there or in your phone's settings at any time. There are two kinds and they work differently.
Game reminders (e.g. "two steps to go for that badge") are prepared and shown by the app on your phone. We send no data to the server for this and we do not know whether or when you received them.
News from Outgo (e.g. a new game or a promotion) is sent from our server. For this we store: the notification token issued by Apple or Google, your chosen language, your phone's operating system, the date you last opened the app and — if you have an account — its identifier. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). This data reaches Apple (APNs) or Google (FCM) as delivery operators. We use it only to pick the language and the audience — we do not look at what you play. We delete the token as soon as you withdraw consent, after 90 days without opening the app, or when Apple or Google tells us the app is gone from the device.
The narrator's voice
In games with a narrator (currently: Mafia), the table can turn on spoken announcements. Narrator lines — including player nicknames — are then converted to speech by a speech-synthesis provider (a Microsoft service), and the resulting clips are kept in a server-side cache so the same phrase is never synthesised twice; clips of common phrases and nicknames may remain there after the match. A clip is just audio keyed by a digest of the text — we do not record who used it, when, or at which table. The speaker is off by default. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): making a feature you switch on yourselves work smoothly.
Payments
Purchases are handled by the App Store (Apple) and Google Play (Google) under their own privacy policies. We never see your card number or payment details — the store only tells us that your subscription is active.
Play counter
To know which games people actually play, the server keeps aggregate counts of entries, finished games and time at the table — broken down by game, kind of client (app or browser), how you got in, and language. Solo games that run without the internet are reported by the app the same aggregate way. There is no identifier in any of it: the counters do not say who played or how often — they are plain numbers in a daily table. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
What we don't do
No ads, no third-party analytics or tracking tools, no profile of how you play, no selling of data. The one exception to "no profiling": if you turn on news, we may narrow a send to people who have not opened the app in a long time — decided solely by the date you last opened it. The recipients of your data are Apple and Google — for sign-in, payments and notification delivery — and Microsoft, solely for synthesising the narrator's voice.
Technical logs
The server keeps standard logs (IP address, request time) needed for security and troubleshooting; they are overwritten automatically after a short period. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention and your rights
Account data is kept for as long as the account exists. You can delete your account with one button in the app's profile — everything is erased, including entitlements, and Apple sign-in is revoked. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Just e-mail the address above.
